I was a little disappointed. They said it would be delivered on one date and it didn’t appear, then they gave me a new delivery date and it turned up two days early. Fortunately I was home.
In the confirmation email it stated that that the swag would be tightly packaged and need fluffing up. When I opened the box it was in plastic that was not sealed nor was it compressed. It truly felt like it is a second hand product. Not at all what I expected.
I don’t know if I have been scammed and someone has switched them on delivery. Or I have been sent old returned stock.
I still love the swag but it truly does not feel like a brand new swag that I spent a lot of money on.

I have reached out to glam swag via phone, social DM twice and email twice. I would love to soeak with customer service for help tracking down this order which I placed 3 months ago and has not yet arrived. I was excited to use this beautiful product but t’now am just hoping for a refund.
I love the glam swag, the whole family does. Bought for kids sleepovers bur great for hot nights under the air con or cold nights in front of the fire too. Mr 15 loves it and is always trying to keep it on his bed to sleep on, on top of his mattress
I regret buying this for my son because now he wants everything glamswag related…next 3 birthdays and Christmas covered

Our grandchildren absolutely love their glam swag present. They are country kids. What we think would be great addition is a canvas cover as these kids love sleeping outside under the stars!
These pillows and covers are unbeatable in size, quality and comfort! Love the colours and will continue to purchase.
The cover is poorly sewn with many loose threads, wet purchased for caravan but whilst waiting purchased regular size pillows which we’ll keep using as these are enormous!!
I mainly bought this product for sleepovers for the kids and they love them, our guests love them and we use th for movie nights in the loungeroom. Very hot nights the kids like to sleep on them in our room with the air con on.
Very versatile and very comfortable.
Staff are friendly and very responsive.

Absolutely so impressed with this product, bout three (different colours) for my grandchildren for Christmas and they just love them rolled them out as soon as they opened and haven't stopped using them for lying around watching TV and reading books. Everyone else that was at the Christmas luncheon also loved them.
