RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Please choose carefully however as we do not provide return labels so the cost of returning any item is borne by the customer. For international customers in particular, return shipping can be expensive.

Australian Customers:
You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 15 days in original condition.

International Customers:
You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 30 days in original condition.

Please notify us by email at hello@glamswag.com.au stating the item details and whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.


CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SALE ITEM?

For items purchased on sale - no exchange or refund is offered. Of course, if your item is faulty, please see below.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible describing the fault. We will endeavour to offer a repair, exchange or refund if we deem the item to be faulty. This is governed by Australian consumer law. If we require the goods be returned for inspection, this must be done within 10 days of contacting us.
