What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 14 days to be eligible. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags intact.
Please notify us by email at hello@glamswag.com.au stating item details and whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
Can I return/exchange a sale item?
For items purchased on sale - no exchange or refund is offered. Of course, if your item is faulty, please see below.
What happens if my item is faulty?
If you believe your item is faulty you must contact us as soon as possible describing the fault. If possible, supplying photographs will help expedite the process. If we deem the item to be faulty we will offer you a refund or exchange with no further shipping costs incurred. We will also send you a pre-paid satchel for the return of the original item.
Please note that some of the items on this website are hand-printed and therefore may have slight imperfections or inconsistencies. We believe that they are part of the beauty of these items and should not be regarded as faults.
