HOW TO FLUFF UP YOUR GLAMSWAG

Keeping your GlamSwag fluffy is easy. Just like you would with your feather doona or pillows, it's as simple as giving it a good shake, then smooth it out with your hands. We recommend doing this when you first unpack it, and after each use to keep its cloud-like fluffiness.

PRODUCT CARE

LINEN COVER
Gentle machine wash on cold with like colours.
Air dry (preferably) or tumble dry on a linen or delicate setting.
Please avoid prolonged exposure to sun as, like most natural fabric, the colour may fade. 


INNER
Fluff and air regularly to maintain its shape and fluffiness (see tab below on how to fluff up your GlamSwag).
Dry clean only.
If it happens to get wet then air on the clothes line and fluff when dry.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Please choose carefully however as we do not provide return labels so the cost of returning any item is borne by the customer. For international customers in particular, return shipping can be expensive.

If you have any reservations please email us and we'll be happy to give you more detail.

Australian Customers:
You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 15 days in original condition.

International Customers:
You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 30 days in original condition.

Please notify us by email at hello@glamswag.com.au stating the item details and whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.


CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SALE ITEM?

For items purchased on sale - no exchange or refund is offered. Of course, if your item is faulty, please see below.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible describing the fault. We will endeavour to offer a repair, exchange or refund if we deem the item to be faulty. This is governed by Australian consumer law. If we require the goods be returned for inspection, this must be done within 10 days of contacting us.

SHIPPING

The GlamSwag is bulky to post, that's because we won’t compromise on its totally indulgent level of comfort. We’ve done our best, though, to minimise shipping costs and we’ll keep checking in to see if we can find savings to pass on to you.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and as an indicator, the cost to ship one GlamSwag throughout Australia is $30.00.
(Make sure you note detailed delivery instructions on the Cart page - "Leave at the front gate or on the deck" - for example.) 

We usually process orders within 2 business days of order placement and then delivery should be within 5 -10 business days thereafter. Orders are shipped via Australia Post, with a tracking notification sent once your order has been despatched.

Please note that because of previous theft issues we specify "Signature Required" on all our deliveries. If you wish to remove that specification please email us as soon as possible, or you can leave a note on the Cart page. It can't be removed once your parcel(s) have been despatched.

Express Shipping is not quoted on our website but we can happily organise for you if you want your goodies in a hurry! Just email us and we'll get back to you with rates(Australia only).

Of course if you can make it into our warehouse in Myaree (Western Australia) you are welcome to pick up your order directly which means no shipping costs!


PO BOXES/PARCEL LOCKERS

Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.


INTERNATIONAL

We're thrilled to have negotiated great rates with Australia Post for deliveries to our international customers in NZ, USA, Canada and Europe and will be adding more destinations soon. If you don't see your destination there please contact us and we will organise.

Please note that because of previous theft issues we specify "Signature Required" on all our deliveries. This means that if no one is available to sign for the parcel on delivery it will be taken back to the closest post office for collection. They will hold it for 30 days and if not collected in that time they will return the parcel to us. If you wish to remove that specification please email us as soon as possible, or you can leave a note on the Cart page.
It can't be removed once your parcel(s) have been despatched.
