Description

GlamSwag’s Outback Collection is inspired by the beauty and ruggedness of the great outdoors. Our signature feather-filled inner has a waterproof, waxed canvas bottom and a soft plaid top in colours inspired by the majesty of Australia’s diverse landscape. Perfect for the beach, lazing around the fire, a campsite, the back of the ute or your own secret hideaway.

Nestled in the lush, green Byron Bay hinterland is the charming village of Bangalow. It’s home to bespoke, boutique stores, great restaurants and cafes and the laid back vibe that only Byron can deliver. That and rainforest trees, palms and oodles of big, bold, aromatic frangipani.

The Bangalow features a khaki green, waxed canvas bottom topped by a soft toned green and lemon check cotton plaid top.

Size: 190cm x 90cm + 3cm Hem

Due to the waxed canvas component the Outback range of GlamSwags shouldn’t be washed in hot water, or a washing machine. We recommend hand washing in cool/tepid water.We also recommend using a fabric protector on the cotton plaid top so that most spills/marks can be easily wiped off.

HOW TO CLEAN WAXED CANVAS

Shake or brush off dirt, sand or any other abrasive material.

For small spots, use cold water and mild soap, and a sponge or brush.

With a little soap, gently massage the spotted surface.

Rinse with a sponge and cold water. Let the bag air dry.

CLEANING OF PLAID COVER

Spray fabric protector on the plaid before first use and leave to dry. It’s then very easy to sponge clean.

CLEANING OF INNER

The inners are dry clean only.

AVOIDING MOULD

Before storage please make sure that your GlamSwag is completely dry as, like most natural fabrics, they can attract mould in high humidity areas.

Our team will ship your order within 3 business days. We use Australia Post exclusively so orders shipped within Australia are generally delivered in 5-8 days.
International orders generally around 10-15 days.
If you happen to be in Perth then you are welcome to come in and pick up directly from us.

 If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Please choose carefully however as we do not provide return labels so the cost of returning any item is borne by the customer. For international customers in particular, return shipping can be expensive.

Australian Customers:
You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 15 days in original condition.

International Customers:
You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 30 days in original condition.

Please notify us by email at hello@glamswag.com.au stating the item details and whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible describing the fault. We will endeavour to offer a repair, exchange or refund if we deem the item to be faulty. This is governed by Australian consumer law. If we require the goods be returned for inspection, this must be done within 10 days of contacting us.
