Keeping your BedHead Pillow fluffy is easy. Just like you would with your feather pillows, it's as simple as giving it a good shake, then smoothing it out with your hands. We recommend doing this when you first unpack it, and after each use to keep its cloud-like fluffiness.

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, less shipping costs. You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
Please notify us by email at hello@glamswag.com.au stating the item details and whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible describing the fault. We will endeavour to offer a repair, exchange or refund if we deem the item to be faulty. This is governed by Australian consumer law. If we require the goods be returned for inspection, this must be done within 10 days of contacting us.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
The GlamSwag is bulky to post. It’s because we won’t compromise on its totally indulgent level of comfort. We’ve done our best though to minimise shipping costs and we’ll keep checking in to see if we can find savings to pass on to you.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and as an indicator, the cost to ship one GlamSwag to a capital city will be approx $30.00.
(Make sure you note detailed delivery instructions on the Cart page - "Leave at the front gate or on the deck" - for example.)
We usually process orders within 2 business days of order placement and then delivery should be within 5 -14 business days thereafter. Orders are shipped via Australia Post, with a tracking notification sent once your order has been despatched.
Of course if you can make it into our warehouse in Myaree (Western Australia) you are welcome to pick up your order directly which means no shipping costs!
