What is your return policy?

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 14 days to be eligible. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags intact.

Please notify us by email at hello@glamswag.com.au stating item details and whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

Can I return/exchange a sale item?

For items purchased on sale - no exchange or refund is offered. Of course, if your item is faulty, please see below.

What happens if my item is faulty?

If you believe your item is faulty you must contact us as soon as possible describing the fault. If possible, supplying photographs will help expedite the process. If we deem the item to be faulty we will offer you a refund or exchange with no further shipping costs incurred. We will also send you a pre-paid satchel for the return of the original item.

Please note that some of the items on this website are hand-printed and therefore may have slight imperfections or inconsistencies. We believe that they are part of the beauty of these items and should not be regarded as faults.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We do our best to minimise shipping costs to our customers but our products ARE bulky, however, so there's no avoiding it unfortunately.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, typically the cost to ship one GlamSwag to a capital city will be approx. $30.00.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days of order placement, and will take 5 - 14 business days for delivery thereafter. Orders are shipped via Australia Post, with tracking number and notifications sent once your order has been despatched.

If you can make it in to our warehouse you can pick up your order directly from us with no shipping involved.

PO BOXES/PARCEL LOCKERS
Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

INTERNATIONAL 
We're very happy to be able to deliver to our international customers and have negotiated great rates with Australia Post.

Canada - CAD$70.00*
