    COVID-19 Shipping Update

    Orders for delivery within Australia:

    Delivery times
    Due to the huge volume of orders that Australia Post are receiving some  deliveries are, unfortunately, taking a bit longer than usual. GlamSwag has reacted to meet demand and is ensuring that all orders are leaving our warehouse within one business day of the order being placed. For some reason, however, certain parcels are being delayed longer than others. This is very random and we're not sure why it happens. All we can say is that we'll be tracking orders EVERY day. We've been around for nearly 2 years now and(knock on wood) Australia Post has never lost a parcel.

    What if I need it by next Sunday?
    We can't guarantee delivery times at the moment so if you really need something by a certain date(as a birthday present for example) we would suggest trying a Gift Card instead.

    Tracking updates
    Unfortunately due to Australia Post dealing with huge increases in volume across their parcel delivery sector, and therefore using auxiliary systems, a lot of tracking isn’t updating at all or not until it’s about to be delivered.

    I’ve only received some of my order, is the rest coming?
    With larger orders we often have to send multiple parcels and sometimes all the parcels which make up an order will arrive at separate times. This is happening more regularly at the moment but don't worry, it doesn't mean that the rest of your order is lost.

    Can I get a refund if I haven't received my order?
    Unfortunately we can't refund customers for delayed delivery until Australia Post deems the parcel "LOST". But rest assured we will do all in our power to help find the parcel.

    Due to the lack of planes in the air at the moment our international deliveries are being significantly delayed. Please take this in to account before placing your order.

    I haven't received my order yet!!
    We understand that you may be angry and frustrated by the delay. We are very sorry and are doing our best to track orders. Unfortunately Australia Post is so busy that they are not updating tracking at the moment. So if you track your parcel and it looks like it hasn't left Perth yet that is probably not the case.
